* Purchased Cruise Ship Cancelled Port insurance
• full refund, minus processing fee and insurance cost. (Insurance can be purchased at checkout, 10% of ticket price)
* Less then 24 hours
• non refundable
* No show or late for tour
• non refundable
* Same day Cruise Ship Cancels Port with NO port insurance
• non refundable

Cancellation at any time for any reason purchased with a non refundable ticket is NON REFUNDABLE
This includes if the cruise ship cancels the port visit
Value of the ticket can be used one year from the original tour date
Ticket is non transferable, only the person named on the ticket can reuse the value
REFUNDABLE tickets will be refundable up until the date and time of the tour for any reason
NO Shows on a refundable ticket on the date of tour is non refundable
If the cruise ship cancels the port visit refundable tickets will be refunded automatically
Refundable amount of the ticket will be minus processing fees
Note:
Any cancellations for ANY reason that fall under non refundable
will need to be recovered by your personal travel insurance.
